The Edge, an online, interactive tutorial developed to enhance job-interviewing skills has been released after nearly five years of development.

Built on nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, The Edge provides a state-of-the-art, customizable, and user-friendly interviewing tool for both universities (The Edge Campus) and outplacement organizations (The Edge Pro).

Implementation of either edition is easy, as both are Web-based applications hosted on secure servers. All an organization must do is provide a link from their site to The Edge. That's it!

The Campus Edition is intended to provide college career resource centers with a mock interviewing tool to help students improve their chances for a successful career by helping them interview better.

The Professional Edition provides outplacement career counselors with an invaluable service to help clients refresh job-interviewing skills that allow them to more quickly return to the workforce.
